Process we take to design and create your piece
We talk to you to get to know what you’re trying to achieve with the look of your room and the function of the piece. From there we are able to work out a rough price to give you an idea of what costs are involved. If needed we can arrange a time with you to measure any build in units or we get you to double check sizes of the areas the piece will go. Once all measurements and designs are finalized we ask for about 1/4 deposit of the total price. This books your spot and allows us to start the construction process. Once the piece is finished we ring you and arrange a time to deliver, where we will put your piece into place.
Repairs
We repair a variety of timber and upholstered product all the time. If you have a piece that needs a bit of attention just let us know.
Restoration
We restore a variety of timber pieces from modern to antique and heirloom. There are many stunning piece out there that just need a bit of love and a new finish and they are centre pieces again.
Refinishes
We can also refinish your worn or faded piece of furniture. Normally this involves stripping back the old finish and starting fresh. The end product is better than new based on the properties the finishes have to deliver.
Deliveries
We aim to deliver each piece personally where possible. We offer a free two hour radius for deliveries with anything over that charged at an hourly rate. If we cannot deliver personally we work with you to arrange your delivery.
Time frames
Our time frame from deposit is about 10 to 12 weeks to complete. However we try to work with you to produce your piece in a timeframe that suits you. But as you know quality is not something you can rushed.
Payments
We ask for 1/4 of the estimated costs to process as a deposit and to secure the job. We require the final payment on delivery or before freighted.
