Deliveries:

At Envisage Furniture in Shepparton, we aim to deliver each piece personally where possible. We offer a free two-hour radius for deliveries with anything over that charged at an hourly rate. If we cannot deliver personally, we work with you to arrange your delivery.

Time Frames:

Our time frame from deposit is about 10-12 weeks to complete. However, we try to work with you to produce your piece in a timeframe that suits you. But as you know, quality is not something you can rush.

Payments:

We ask for 1/4 of the estimated costs to process as a deposit and to secure the job. We require the final payment on delivery or before freighted.
